Payment and Delivery

do our best to insure that only good, quality parts are sold. Due to
the volume of sales that we do, occasionally we miss one. Because of
this, we guarantee all of our parts* to be in good working condition
(unless stated otherwise in the listing) and to be in the condition described in the auction. Shipping costs will not be refunded on returned parts. Returned parts must be insured. If we receive a part back that is damaged in transit back
to us, the guarantee will be void if it was not insured.*****All
returns are at our discretion. We will not accept returns that are the
mistake of the buyer. For example: it won’t fit my machine, I do not
need it anymore, etc.

*Parts
that are sold “AS IS” are not covered by our guarantee and are not
eligible for any type of credit or refund. This also includes any/all
electrical parts. Electrical parts are sold as-is with no returns
whatsoever.

We accept PAYPAL or MO on items to be shipped, or
CASH IS PREFERRED when the item is picked up here at our shop.NEW
items are covered by manufacturer’s warranty, through the manufacturer,
as may apply and stated in the listing.
Pennsylvania State Sales Tax (6%) must be paid by PA
Residents on most items. ALSO, items being picked up here in PA require
PA sales tax collected on them. We occasionally sell items from personal
and/or
private collections, which are NOT subject to PA State Sales Tax. All
eBay items will be priced accordingly. All
items must be Paid-In-Full within SEVEN (7) calendar days of
auction-end. Unpaid items will result in our filing a grievance with
eBay against you and the item will be re-listed on eBay. All “Pick-Up ONLY”
items must be retrieved within FOURTEEN (14) days of auction-end.
Any Item(s) which is/are not Paid-In-Full within
seven (7) days of auction-end, or not picked up within fourteen (14)
days
of auction-end, will be re-listed for sale and the Buyer forfeits any
previous payments applied.We
report all unpaid items to Ebay. Our unpaid item policy is even more
lenient than Ebay’s. We give everyone ample time to complete the
transaction and to let us know the status of the payment and/or
pickup. No communication is grounds for opening and/or closing an
unpaid item case.

Shipping:

We will ship any of our items we have for sale, see below for details:The Ebay shipping calculator is not always accurate. ANY & ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.We ship all items from either our Shop
Location or one of our Depot Locations. We normally ship all items
within two (2) business days of receipt of Payment-In-Full,
but may take as long as five (5) business days to leave our premises
due to packaging requirements or carrier scheduling.
We will combine or discount the shipping on
multiple purchases where we can to save you money. If multiple items
are won, please wait for the invoice for the total.We
are
now shipping large or heavy items through local LTL carriers on
pallets. We are using more than one carrier to get you the least
expensive cost. This includes items such as tractors, mower decks,
tillers, transmissions, engines,
etc. Our carriers offers service in the lower 48 states. Please
contact us for a shipping quote.We
do charge a fee for preparing an item to ship and for the supplies
used, such as pallets, strapping, etc. This will be included in the
shipping quote you receive from us.We
will also ship our items internationally. Any and all applicable
costs for shipping & customs will be the responsibility of the
